MLS Philadelphia set to break ground on new stadium

With final site preparation complete for MLS Philadelphia's new soccer-specific stadium, Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber will join team, local and state officials to officially break ground on Dec. 1 in Chester, it was announed on Thursday.

This is a big step toward having the stadium done by the 2010 season, when MLS Philadelphia joins the league as the 16th team.
